All the products and services in the directory can be rated and reviewed by existing customers - Amazon style!

We believe this will enable new customers to see what existing customers think of the product or service - it may also give software authors and service providers encouragement when they are providing a good service.  But please do not use it as a complaint service - contact the supplier directly with your complaints!

To Rate or Review the software that you are currently using:-

  • Login as a Customer
  • Select the software package / service you wish to rate - use the search button in the top RH Corner

Creating your own Software Requirements Specification

One of the key essentials to selecting the right business system is to have a detailed specification of requirements. In the olden days these were complex ITTs (Invitation to Tender) developed by expensive consultants - often 500 pages long. Today software suppliers need a simple response mechanism - that is why we have developed the Capability Grid which accurately describes the functions and features of all the leading software product types.

Now you can use the Capability Grid to accurately determine your requirements. Some items will be essential - others desirable - its for you to decide as it is rare to find a product that will meet all of your requirements at a price you can afford.

You can save your software specification in our secure area - edit it as you wish - share it with your colleagues and if you wish, send it out to selected software suppliers.  We will not divulge this confidential information to anyone - only you will decide if you want to get suppliers involved.

  • To create your own software specification you must first login as a customer
  • You can now create your own specification - click here.
  • Once you have saved your specification - you can edit again at any time.
  • You can add additional versions of your specification as necessary.

E-Mail your requirements to selected software authors

We do not actually send your specification to the software authors - we enable those software authors selected by you to see your specification on our web-site.  They are then able to review your detailed requirements and prepare a quotation for you.

  • Login as a customer
  • Click 'Send my Specification' on your landing page after logging in.
  • Select the product authors or resellers that you wish to send it to - 10 maximum please
  • Click 'Send Specification' in the bottom right hand corner of the page
  • Select the version of your specification you wish to send (if you have more than one).
  • Add the subject line and the e-mail message.
  • Press send - a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  • The software developers will contact you directly.
