Dennis Keeling has been a Business Software Analyst for over 25 years. He once claimed that he held the world record for sitting through more boring demonstrations of business software than anyone else in the world - a record never contested! He has advised some of the largest organisations in the world on business software selection. His first
book - The Thesaurus of Business Software was published jointly with the ICAEW in 1988. He went on to write his top-selling detailed reports for Ovum until 2001. In 1993 he helped found BASDA, the representative body for over 150 software developers, and acted as its Chief Executive and President until he stepped down in 2008.
He has presented at the Softworld exhibitions since they started in 1992. He has undertaken software reviews for Accountancy Age - but now in a 10 minute format. He continues to write articles for the press -
